Unlock Your Full Potential with Neurofeedback

Your brain is an amazing organ, capable of almost anything! Maybe you’ve tried it all—therapy, mindfulness, medication—and nothing has worked. Neurofeedback is different.

Neurofeedback helps your brain form new pathways, improving focus, sleep, and emotional balance by targeting the root of the problem. This therapy gently trains specific parts of your brain, to enter and to remain in optimal brainwave states. Over time, with the power of neuroplasticity, this leads to profound results. Neurofeedback is safe and gentle and can be used by all.

Neurofeedback is a tool trusted by top-tier athletes, performers, and world-renowned musicians to gain that extra edge.

Depression, Anxiety, cPTSD

For individuals who have experienced complex trauma, these feelings may stem from deeply ingrained patterns of brain dysregulation. NFB  offers a targeted, non-invasive way to address these challenges for long-term symptom relief.

Brain Scans

Concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury, Seizures, Stroke Recovery

Neurofeedback originally began as a powerful and effective modality to help severe seizure disorder. NFB has also been able to revive patient's from coma and return them back to semi-normal lives after debilitating stroke. Every brain is different and results may vary.

ADHD, Productivity, Focus

The goal of neurofeedback therapy for ADHD is to teach the brain how to produce focused brain wave states to move fluidly between relaxed or concentrated focus with ease and without medication.

Inpatient Drug Abuse Treatment

Addictions: Drugs, Alcohol, Gaming, Gambling and more

Many individuals with addiction experience deficiencies in alpha activity. Neurofeedback helps to strengthen healthy alpha waves, reducing the physiological need for substances. Rebalancing alpha-theta rhythms has shown profound benefits resulting in long-term sobriety, with an 75% success rate (compared to 25% in control groups) by rewiring the brain for long-term support.

Meet
Ellie "Francis" Wolf, MS
Founder & Director

Ellie Francis Wolf is the founder of WolfMind Neuro

I began my research journey into neuroscience seeking solutions for my mother. When I was a child, she suffered debilitating brain damage after a neurosurgery for an aneurysm left her debilitated for life. Ironically, I later found myself navigating my own traumatic brain injury, complex PTSD, and deep depression.

When conventional medicine failed us I found myself tucked away in the dusty attics of public libraries at the age of 12, searching for answers beyond the conventional.

Over the years, my research expanded to include ways to support loved ones battling addiction, diminished IQ, early onset dimentia, limited empathy, and more, ultimately leading me to the transformative power of neuroplasticity. Tools like neurofeedback—designed to guide the brain back to optimized healing—offered the breakthroughs that traditional approaches simply could not.

Now, I bring this revolutionary technology to help others get their lives back and reach their highest potentials. Formerly a data scientist in silicon valley, I am now seeking additional graduate degrees in Social Work and Neuroscience.

  • What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive technique that helps your brain function more effectively. Using real-time brainwave monitoring, it trains your brain to regulate itself, improving cognitive and emotional health. It’s used to address conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood regulation, sleep issues, and more.
  • What happens during a Neurofeedback session?
Small sensors are placed on your scalp which monitors your brain electrical activity. The results are fed through an FDA-registered database and users are given real-time feedback to optimize their brain wave patterns. This feedback comes in the form of changes in a video display or sound pattern. By rewarding more healthy brain states, your brain learns to function better long-term. It’s simple and painless. All you need to do is show up and relax!
  • Is Neurofeedback safe?
Absolutely! Neurofeedback is considered safe for most people, including children and adults. It doesn’t involve medications or invasive procedures. Some mild side effects, like headaches or tiredness, may occur but typically subside quickly. Please always communicate with your technician so they can make adjustments quickly. Most side effects can be reversed with a session or two.
  • Is Neurofeedback covered by insurance?
In some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. We do not directly accept insurance however most PPO insurance plans may reimburse you up to 80% and we will happily provide you a superbill. Please feel free to check your insurance benefits by clicking the insurance button above. We work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. This service will be provided at no cost to you. Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist we do not benefit in any way from your participation.
  • How many sessions will I need?
The frequency of sessions depends on your condition. Most people start with two to three sessions per week, and the overall number of sessions varies. Your neurofeedback provider will work with you to create a personalized plan. People usually start to notice exciting results within 5-10 sessions. Life changing results have been seen by some in as few as 30 sessions. Many need 40. Some need more than 100 for very serious, ongoing conditions (serious seizure disorders or stroke recovery).
  • Is there any research to support Neurofeedback?
Absolutely!! Here are just a few of many studies. Micoulaud-Franchi, J. A., Jeunet, C., Pelissolo, A., & Ros, T. (2021). • Is it safe for children?
Yes, neurofeedback is generally safe for children, and in many cases, it can be an effective tool for improving focus, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance. Since neurofeedback is non-invasive and drug-free, it is considered a low-risk approach to addressing issues like ADHD, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and emotional dysregulation in kids. Why Neurofeedback for Children? ADHD & Focus Issues – Neurofeedback has been studied extensively for ADHD, with research suggesting it helps improve attention, impulse control, and executive function. Anxiety & Emotional Regulation – It can help kids develop better self-regulation, reducing anxiety and mood swings. Sleep & Relaxation – Neurofeedback can promote better sleep patterns, which are crucial for growing brains. Sensory Processing & Autism Spectrum Disorders – Some children on the spectrum have benefited from neurofeedback in areas like emotional regulation and sensory integration. Is it Safe? Minimal to No Side Effects – Unlike medication, which can have side effects like appetite suppression or mood swings, neurofeedback simply trains the brain and does not introduce foreign substances. Mild Fatigue or Temporary Emotional Fluctuations – Some children may feel slightly tired after sessions, or experience temporary mood shifts as their brain adjusts. This is typically short-lived. No Lasting Negative Effects – Neurofeedback does not force the brain to function in any specific way but rather encourages self-regulation.

“For the first time since early childhood I actually have serenity in my daily life. Finally, at age 55, I'm actually happy. And what I love about it is - this is for keeps."
